HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Kevin Craven as the new Director, Critical Care, at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple. After an extensive national search, Kevin Craven was selected as the new Director, Cardiac Services for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for planning, selecting, and devising methods, policies, and procedures for Managers and Staff employees to accomplish designated goals. Negotiate interdepartmental resources, communicate, and plans with various cross-functional departments to ensure an effective level of service to Nursing Units.

Kevin Craven joins Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple from Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, California. At Santa Rosa Memorial, Mr. Craven ws responsible for the overall operations, outcomes and performance of the Level II Regional Trauma Center, Critical Care, TICU, Trauma ED, Neuro and Cardiovascular Telemetry Services, Stroke Center Program, Wound Care, Dialysis, and Regional Fall Prevention. Throughout his career his is recognized as a collaborative, transformational, dynamic leader with a proven record of success in the management of clinical effectiveness and efficiency, patient and staff experience, program growth, hospital operations, integrated system development, quality improvement, financial stewardship, and community health systems. Ability to expertly manage complex multimillion-dollar budgets. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple departments and sites, as well as design and implement multi-faceted building and expansion projects. Enjoy and excels in the role of mentor and management team development.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona, and his Master of Business Administration from the Univesity of Phoenix.
