Paul Dinte is Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer. Paul has served as a strategic advisor to business leaders on four continents. He’s the founder and President of a very successful boutique executive search firm serving the Washington, D.C. market and has served as a director of IIC Partners, Executive Search Worldwide.
Prior to entering the search business, Paul worked in executive positions with the consulting arm of Peat Marwick (now KPMG), as well as with Warner Communications (TimeWarner) in Australia, England, Japan, Bolivia, Sweden, Uruguay and the United States.
